Return & Refund Policy — MTS

Scope: Applies to all purchases of MTS hoodies & sweatshirts from this store.
1. Our Promise
At MTS, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we’ll make it right — either with a replacement, repair, or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item: Report within 7 days of delivery. We’ll require photos of the defect and the order number.

Color or Fabric Warranty Claim: Covered for 30 days from delivery for manufacturing color/fade or fabric defects (not accidental damage or misuse).

Change of Mind / Size Exchange: Accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping cost applies unless the return is due to our error.

Custom / Personalized Orders: Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or not as per your approved design proof.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email mtscloths@gmail.com with subject “Return/Refund — Order #[order no.]” and attach photos.

We’ll respond within 48 business hours with instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the replacement or refund.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are refundable only for items where we made an error (wrong item, damaged in transit).

If you paid by bank transfer or wallet, refunds will be processed to the same account/wallet where possible.
5. Return Shipping

For defective items or our errors, MTS covers return shipping.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
