Shipping & Service Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We ship across Pakistan. For international shipping, contact support for rates and times.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-orders or custom prints).

  • Custom-printed orders: 3–7 business days processing, then shipping time.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): 2–5 business days (within major cities).

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (subject to availability).

  • Remote Areas: may take longer; carrier will advise.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, address, and chosen courier. Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on product pages.

5. Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order ships. Contact support if tracking does not update within 48 hours of shipment.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photos, and contact mtscloths@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim and assist.

7. Failed Deliveries / Returns to Sender

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

8. Customs & Duties (International)

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
